The Healthy Retreat Company is all about eating real food, whole-grains, a rainbow of vegetables and fruit, pulses, fish, meat, nuts and seeds, live yogurt and a whole range of tasty herbs and spices that bring it all to life. The menus don’t cut out any major food groups unless you have specific dietary requirements, in which case the chefs will happily adapt your meals. We can also cater or vegetarians and vegans.

Our nutritionists have worked with our chefs to design nutritious, delicious and healthy menus that have enough calories to get you through your fitness programme, but at the same time having a weight-loss goal in mind. We hope to encourage you to try different foods and experiment with easy cooking techniques that you can take home with you.
