Daily activities can include swimming technique, boxing, kettlebells, team games, duathlon, stand-up paddle board, yoga, walking and gym workouts.
Our nutritionists have worked with our chefs to design nutritious, delicious and healthy juices, smoothies, shakes and snacks that have enough calories to get you through your fitness programme, but at the same time having a weight-loss goal in mind. Concoctions of citrus, deep-leafy-greens and red-rich-berries infused with ginger, lemon, lime and the freshest herbs. Concentrated nourishment – intense flavour!
