The 3 hours of supervised exercise per day is a varied, fun and challenging way to lose weight* and improve overall fitness and muscle tone. The 1.5 hours of treatments per day are a blissful way to soothe aching muscles, relax and unwind, ready for the next day of activities. We adapt this programme to suit all ages (16+), sizes and fitness abilities.
Choose 1.5 hours of treatments and 3 supervised exercise sessions per day. Daily activities can include swimming technique, cardio workouts, circuits, beach activities, boxing and gym workouts.
If you opt for the juicing or portion controlled menu options, you can expect significant weight loss*. If you’re not looking to lose weight, you can eat healthy by opting for our extra portions menu option. If you’d rather choose your own meal, select the main restaurant menu option. You will be asked for your meal preference at the time of booking.
