You can start the retreat any day of the week. Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival time: 3pm. Departure time: 12pm.
In your free time, you have use of the facilities, including fully-equipped gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

If you opt for the juicing or portion controlled menu options, you can expect significant weight loss*. If you’re not looking to lose weight, you can eat healthily by opting for our extra portions menu option. If you’d rather choose your own meal, select the main restaurant menu option.
