Daily activities can include swimming technique, kayaking, stand-up paddle board, yoga, mountain treks, cycling and gym workouts.
Our nutritionists have worked with our chefs to design nutritious, delicious and healthy menus that have enough calories to get you through your fitness programme, but at the same time having a weight-loss goal in mind. Choose between a portion controlled menu plan or juice detox menu. You will be asked for your dietary preferences at the time of booking.
